Whereas Psychotherapy tends to focus more on healing unresolved emotional issues
and dysfunctional behavior patterns, the goal of Life Coaching is to move you forward
to achieve results in your life.
When you feel ready to move forward, I will use my coaching skills to help you define goals, brainstorm
ideas and possibilities, research opportunities and choose appropriate action steps. By setting intentions
and committing to action plans, you will be held accountable to yourself and me.
Together we will chart a course to reach your objectives.
